Such new comers often do captcha jobs and in the end, they get no money and no rating.

Captcha jobs are the one where service providers need to harm some website. That is: captcha jobs involve making thousands of accounts at different websites like Gmail, Yahoo Mail, MySpace etc. Harming other websites is a bad thing to do and it’s a cyber crime.
