The world of the Internet is becoming increasingly dangerous with cybercriminals out to use those search terms to infect your computer with malware software that is intended to steal all your private data like credit card numbers, bank account numbers and your identity itself or adware software that automatically downloads and plays advertisements.

One of the Leading computer security company McAfee did a survey of over 2,600 keywords as defined by top search engines like Google and Yahoo to assess the degree of risk of each term. McAfee examined over 413,000 unique Websites. The riskiest set of keyword variations was “screensavers” with a maximum risk of 59.1 per cent.

One of the single riskiest search terms in the world is “lyrics,” with a maximum risk factor of one in two. Surprisingly, searches using the word Viagra yielded the fewest risky sites, McAfee said today.
