Brad Pitt was in Europe promoting his new Tarantino-directed Nazi-killing film “Inglourious Basterds” when he gave an interview to the German magazine BILD. During an interview in German magazine Bild, actor Brad Pitt went on record as saying there is no good and that he is a combination of being atheist and agnostic.
BILD: Who is the real Brad Pitt?
Brad Pitt: He is sitting right in front of you. There’s nothing else.
BILD: Are you still a big kid?
Brad Pitt: No I’m not a kid anymore – I have six children.
BILD: Have you found happiness in life?
Brad Pitt (nodding): Hm – yes. I am on the path I want to be on.
BILD: Do you believe in God?
Brad Pitt (smiling): No, no, no!
BILD: Is your soul spiritual?
Brad Pitt: No, no, no! I’m probably 20 per cent atheist and 80 per cent agnostic. I don’t think anyone really knows. You’ll either find out or not when you get there, until then there’s no point thinking about it.

I will just say that betting that there is not a God or afterlife is a HUGE bet that I am not willing to make. I choose to believe, and I do believe, but if I ever happened to be wrong, I would be no worse off than Mr. Pitt.
