After being fired by Donald Trump earlier this summer, Carrie Prejean wants to keep her name in the headlines. Hey, maybe she's not so dumb after all - just a bitch.
The former Miss California has reportedly filed asserting slander, libel, public disclosure of private facts, religious discrimination, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress against certain named defendants.
Neither side has yet to comment about the matter. The suit does not name the national organization nor Donald Trump.
