Only in New York could a 17 year old girl - in just 24 months time: steal an I-Pod at gun point, steal a dog at gun point and ransom it, assault a small child - and get off with only a slap on the wrist each time.
Cheyenne Cherry's 14 year-old friend broke and trashed the apartment of Valerie Hernandez, her former roommate, destroying furniture, stealing DVD’s and food.
Cheyenne, who was charged with animal cruelty and attempted burglary, will be put behind bars for a year and promised not to keep a pet for the next three years.
The other girl, who Cheyenne claims was the one to put the cat in the oven, will face trial in Family Court because of her age.
It's obvious that this teenage she-devil has no morals, no feelings and no sense of right or wrong.
