Julie A. Corey ,35, and an unidentified man were arrested in New Hampshire in the Darlene Haynes murdered (picture above) case.Darlene Haynes, 23, was eight months pregnant. She had been murdered by Corey and she ripped out Haynes’s baby girl from her womb.Police said the baby girl found with Julie A. Corey arrested, but she was alive and good healthy at a New Hampshire hospital.
As reported earlier this week, Darlene Haynes, 23, was found in her closet insider her home in Worcester. Her body had decayed to such an extent that investigators had problems identifying even her gender. When they did, they determined Haynes was pregnant and had been murdered and had her uterus cut open, her baby girl stolen.
Worcester Police Chief Gary Gemme issued the following statement:
“The entire Worcester community should be extremely grateful for the tireless effort exerted by the men and women of the detective division in working around the clock to investigate this case.
“Their collective efforts in developing information resulted in the swift location of the missing infant and the obtaining of critical medical attention.’”
