Artist Daniel Edwards, who belongs to New York, has created a naked, life-size statue of Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie. The statue, which depicts Jolie breastfeeding twins, might soon me gracing streets of Oklahoma City. According to a website, the statue will be unveiled in September.
Called Landmark for Breastfeeding, this cry for attention piece of art was made by Daniel Edwards, who claims he wants to encourage more women to nurse. There's little doubt this will accomplish that goal.
The statue will be on display at the Mainsite Contemporary Art Museum in Norman, Oklahoma next month.
