Michael’s black Cadillac Escalade and a Honda Accord collided hitting a third car that was stopped at the intersection of East Biddle Street and West Calvert Street in Downtown Baltimore.
The other driver of the car was taken to a local area hospital. Phelps remained at the scene as pictured above speaking to responding law enforcement for roughly 1 hour after the accident.
Michael was not injured in the crash, refused medical treatment and left the scene after talking to cops. A woman in the other car, complained about head and arm pain and was taken to a local hospital. The cause of the accident is still unknown but cops have sure alcohol was not an issue.
