The DMX versus Eric Martinez match is scheduled during the celebrity portion of the show but I do not have a clue who Martinez is. Head lining the MMA event is Butterbean taking on Tank Abbott.

Ther 41-year old Butterbean recently ended his three-fight losing streak by defeating Tom Howard by first-round submission at the Extreme Cage Fighting event in September.

Abbott, 44 years of age, is a UFC veteran who once competed for the organization’s heavweight title. He holds a record of 10-14.

He last fought at the Valentine’s Eve Massacre event this past February, defeating Mike Bourke via knockout in just 29 seconds. Abbott lost four consecutive fights prior to the victory.

Kathy Ireland dancing partner Tony Dovolani eliminated from DWTS

Former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model and cover girl Kathy Ireland and her dancing partner Tony Dovolani were the third couple to get the boot on ABC reality show Dancing with the Stars. Last weeks results show sent two celebrities packing in a double elimination.

Samoan Islands 10-foot tsunami U.S. Geological Survey

The American Samoa tsunami depicts the massive flooding and destruction in the region as Tonga, Samoa, and American Samoa death tolls rise.An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.9 struck in the Samoan Islands region Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The temblor generated a nearly 10-foot (3-meter) tsunami — measured from crest to trough — according to preliminary data, said Chip McCreery, the director of the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center in Ewa Beach, Hawaii.

In Pago Pago, the capital of American Samoa, sea waters surged about 100 yards inland before receding, leaving some cars stuck in mud and causing electricity outages.

In Samoa, the capital, Apia, appeared largely unharmed. But waves ripped up resorts and small villages in other, more remote areas, residents said.

A tsunami watch was issued for islands farther from the epicenter, including Hawaii and Papua New Guinea.Officials were determining whether the tsunami could reach Hawaii, the center said.

Tsunami warnings were issued for a number of South Pacific islands, including Fiji and Tonga, as well as New Zealand, but the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center later canceled the tsunami warnings after the waves had passed.

Google promises a new communication revolution with the launch of Google Wave, which is an online tool for real-time communication and collaboration. A wave can be both a conversation and a document where people can discuss and work together using richly formatted text, photos, videos, maps, and more.

Even after using Google Wave for a few months now, it is still hard to describe exactly what it is. It's as much of a real-time chat room as a platform for editing documents collaboratively.

It can also be used as a Wiki, to replace email and IM within an organization, or just to organize a pub crawl, as Wave's Lars Rasmussen points out in today's blog post.

There can be no doubt that Wave feels oddly familiar, especially because of its typical Google design, yet it also represents an alien concept for most users, as it combines so many services into one extremely flexible package but still remains deceptively simple to use.

Google Wave was launched today (September 30) but it will only available for a small group of 100,000 lucky new users.

These tests users will include public users who signed up early to test, developers, and a select group of Google Apps users, plus each new user will have 8 invitations to send out to their family and friends (these secondary users will not be given any invitation).

Keara Lasha Hess and Sierra Nicole (photos) missing : Never appeared at school

Keara Lasha Hess is 12 years old and is pregnant,According to Keara Hess’ biological mother, the 12-year-old was pregnant and started going into labor last Wednesday. Thursday morning, she found a note from her ex-husband, Matthew Hess, saying he was taking the girls to school, though they never appeared at school that day.

The girls are believed to be traveling in a 1993 green Ford Explorer with North Carolina license plate YTE8014 somewhere in middle Tennessee, where they used to live and have family in the Cornersville and Lewisburg area. The “kidnapper” is reportedly their 40 year-old step-father, Matthew Hess, who has custody of the two girls.

The sheriff's office says the girls never made it to school.The adoptive father is Matthew Charles Hess. He is described as a 40-year-old white male. He is 5' 10" tall and weighs 190 pounds.

A 16 year-old honor student named Derrion Albert was beaten to death on his way to a bus stop while going home from school, the Christian Fenger Academy High school, located on Chicago’s South Side on Thursday (September 24).

Four teenagers have been charged with first-degree murder in Derrion Albert's beating death.Silvanus Shannon, 19, Eugene Riley, 18, and Eric Carson, 16, all of Chicago, were charged as adults ordered held without bond.

The honor student was just an “innocent bystander” caught in the middle of a street fight between two factions of students at his school.

An amateur video of the brawl shows dozens of people punching, kicking and swinging wooden boards in the street.

Albert was struck by blows from one of those boards, Fox Chicago reports, and the video obtained by Fox shows a person getting hit with a board and then stomped on after falling to the ground.

As people rush to help the injured person, a voice can be heard on the video yelling, "Derrion, get up!"

Actress Emmy Rossum and music executive Justin Siegel secretly tied the knot back in February 2008. After a year and a half, Justin has filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences”, in L.A. County Superior Court on Friday (September 25).

This comes as a surprise to many who were not even told that their wedding actually took place.

According to divorce papers, which were filed by Siegel irreconcilable differences are to blame for the sudden split.

Justin, who claims they separated in August 2009 after dating since 2007, seeks spousal support and also wants Emmy to pay for the cost of the divorce. It sounds like Emmy had an ambitious gold digger on her hands.

During dinner, Cleveland tells Donna that he will help her get her children’s lives back on track, seeing that Rallo was expelled from kindergarten for staring up the teachers’ skirt and Roberta never listens to Donna.

He starts off with confronting Federline Jones and threatening him so that he will treat Donna right. It ends with Donna and Cleveland getting married.

Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” Tonight

Tickets for pop star Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” movie/documentary, which features footage from the late King Of Pop’s rehearsals for his last tour, This Is It Tour, a 50-show series in London, went on sale Sunday.

This Is It" presents the best of over 100 hours of footage from Jackson's rehearsals for his show at London's 02 Arena, which was set to start three weeks after the star's death.

“‘This Is It’ may go down as the greatest concert no one got a chance to see,” the movie’s director Kenny Ortega said. “But with this film we get a rare portrait of Michael as he prepares for his final curtain call.”

Typhoon Ondoy (storm) leaves 106 dead Cold reality of nature's wrath

Typhoon Ondoy took the capital of the Philippines by surprise; it flooded most of Metro Manila, no one was spared, the rich and the poor alike felt the the power of nature, everyone was wet,and died, and the rest of the country felt as if they were slapped on the face with the cold reality of nature's wrath.

Sunday after a tropical storm tore through the northern Philippines and left at least 106 people dead and missing.It was the region's worst flooding in more than four decades. The government declared a "state of calamity" in metropolitan Manila and 25 storm-hit provinces.

The 16.7 inches (42.4 centimeters) of rain that swamped metropolitan Manila in just 12 hours on Saturday exceeded the 15.4-inch (39.2-centimeter) average for all of September, chief government weather forecaster Nathaniel Cruz said, adding that the rainfall broke the previous record of 13.2 inches (33.4 centimeters) in a 24-hour period in June 1967.

Garbage-choked drains and waterways, along with high tide, compounded the problem, officials said.

Ketsana, which packed winds of 53 mph (85 kph) with gusts of up to 63 mph (100 kph), hit land early Saturday then roared across the main northern Luzon island toward the South China Sea.

Tim Tebow UPDATE No Swine Flu

Quarterback Tim Tebow might be the most recent victim of the H1N1 virus, best known as swine flu. According to sources, Tim and other players, including cornerback Joe Haden and safety Major Wright, traveled on a separate plane from the rest of the team on Friday (September 25) because there are suspicions they can be infected with the virus.

The Gators would not comment. But ESPN would then say the report was incorrect, that Tebow is sick but without the flu, stating Tebow had “a respiratory illness”, no flu, and was “pretty weak” on Friday.

The results of the tests reportedly arrive today but a source revealed the Florida quarterback is expected to play Saturday (September 26) and said he suffered from a “respiratory condition involving congestion” that didn’t include a fever.

Grey’s Anatomy farewell to a friend

The sixth season premiere of Grey’s Anatomy, a tear-jerking two-hour special, which was divided into two episodes titled “Good Mourning” and “Goodbye”, aired on Thursday (September 24).

If you remember the cliff-hanger season five finale, Katherine Heigl/Izzie Stevens and T.R. Knight/George O’Malley were standing inside an elevator between, standing on the thin line between life and death. Only of them survives (Izzie) and everyone has a different way to handle the death of one of their own (George).

While a brief fake-out suggested that the brain-dead John Doe wasn't George after all, of course it was, and George was officially gone. Izzie, on the other hand, came back from her near-death experience.

Derek got an offer to take over as chief of staff. He stalled and went to the Chief to tell him to move fast if he wanted to save his job.But in the end, the Chief announced that for budget reasons, Seattle Grace would merge with Mercy West, and that not everyone's job would be saved.

Robert Melia was accused of engaging in sexual activities with five young cows. Melia who is a Moorestown police officer who is currently suspended had the charges of animal cruelty thrown out when the judge ruled it is impossible to know whether or not the cows were tormented.

India's Chandrayaan-1 traces water on moon Water molecules on the moon's surface

As news trickled out about Indian maiden lunar mission tracing water molecules on the moon's surface, scientists rejoiced at the discovery and hope that it will pave the way for growing vegetation in the earth's natural satellite in future.

The moon is generally thought to be a dry place, although scientists have long suspected that ice might be trapped in cold, permanently shadowed craters. A NASA mission will test that theory next month, by smashing a spent rocket part into a dark crater near the moon's south pole and creating a big debris cloud that will be searched for water.

But surprisingly, researchers have now found that there's water on the sunlit surface of the moon, where no one expected it to be.

"Even if there is no water in its complete H20 format, still it's a great feat. It will help make human venturing to moon a more enriching experience. Those going to moon can combine the molecule and get water.

"The evidence of water molecules on the surface of the moon was found by the moon mineralogy mapper (M3) of the US-based National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) on board Chandrayaan-1," M3 principal investigator Pieters said in a paper published in the journal Science.

Amitabha Ghosh, space scientist at NASA, said: "This is a very, very important finding... If somehow water was found on the moon, you could use that water right out there. You could extract it."

Chandrayaan-1 was India's first unmanned lunar probe. It was launched by the Indian Space Research Organisation in October 2008, and operated until August 2009. The spacecraft carried five Indian instruments and six from abroad, including M3 and another from NASA, three from the European Space Agency (ESA), and one from Bulgaria.

This has got to be one of the strangest stories I’ve ever came across. A pregnant women from Arkansas went to get a sonogram and as the doctor was examining her he realized she was pregnant with another child. Apparently in this weird case two different eggs where fertilized at different times. So she has one child that is due two weeks before the other one.

Julia Grovenburg of Arkansas who is two and a half weeks pregnant was found to be pregnant again. The woman was in a regular ultrasound visit to her doctor when the doctor found another fetus inside her womb. The second fetus is not the twin of the first fetus because the two are not of the same age; they have a 2 1/2 week gap in age.

This means that 2 1/2 weeks after Grovenburg got pregnant, she got empregnated again. This is a very rare case and there has been only 10 cases recorded like this one.

The two babies will be born apart, the first one will be born on December 2009, the second one will come by January 2010. Can't believe it? But it's true, a pregnant woman pregnant again! This case of a woman who got pregnant twice in three weeks is an example of Superfetation, or conceiving while pregnant.

Julie Grovenburg was shocked to hear this news that she was pregnant again with another child. This is not a normal thing to happen, but it has happened before. There are at least 10 cases where a pregnant women became pregnant again with another child as she was carrying the first.

Phillips wrote in her book: "I woke up that night from a blackout to find myself having sex with my own father." John Phillips, who died in 2001, was the leader of the 1960s group the Mamas and the Papas.


But her step-mother Michelle Phillips has told Entertainment Tonight: "Mackenzie's drug addiction for 35 years has been the result of many unpleasant experiences. Whether her relationship with her father is delusional or not, it is an unfortunate circumstance and very hurtful for our entire family."

Despite the criticism, Mackenzie said on the Today show, "the outpouring of support from other incest survivors has been phenomenal."

"This is a subject that is so incredibly taboo, as it should be, but there needs to be a dialogue about it," she continued. "The covers need to be pulled."

Indonesian woman has given birth to an 8.7-kilogramme (19.2-pound) baby boy, the heaviest newborn ever recorded in the country, a doctor said Wednesday.The world record is 23 pounds set back in 1879. He’s nearly the weight of a one year old.

Reports say he loves to eat, almost non stop. That’s why he looks nearly triple the size of another newborn next to him. Moreover, when he cries, they say he doesn’t sound like other babies - “It’s really loud.”

The boy's massive size was likely the result of his mother, Ani, 41, having diabetes, Sitanggang said.

She had to be rushed to hospital due to complications with the pregnancy, which had reached nine months. The baby, her fourth, was the only child not delivered by a traditional midwife.

When a diabetic mother's glucose level is high during pregnancy, the baby can receive too much glucose and grow too large, according to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

Indonesia's previous heaviest baby, weighing in at 6.9 kilos, was born in 2007 on the outskirts of the capital Jakarta, according to the Indonesian Museum of Records website.

Baby is doing well, this is the mom’s fourth child.

"Mad Men," the first basic cable show to win a top series honor, could capture its second best-drama trophy at Sunday's Emmy Awards. Potential trailblazer "Family Guy" is the first animated series to vie for the best comedy award since a 1961 bid by "The Flintstones."

Jon Gosselin Children's Foundation Charging $7 for his autograph

Father of the year Jon Gosselin appeared Saturday at Frightworld in Buffalo, N.Y., where a local paper wrote that he was charging $7 for his autograph.What type of idiot would actually pay that for a Jon Gosselin autograph, we have no clue. Which is probably why Jon's rep denied that part of the story.

Gosselin never agreed to any such arrangement, according to his manager. Which is good, if true, because that's $7 more than his signature's worth.

Whatever the real reason, the father of eight was the main attraction at a haunted house attraction, touring five haunted houses at the Frightworld complex beginning at 6:30 p.m., during breaks from greeting fans, and afterward.

Jon was supposedly doing the appearance as part of his efforts to launch the Jon Gosselin Children's Foundation. We have no clue what that does.

Hopefully it helps pay the mountains of psychiatric bills for the children of America who have been exploited by parents on reality TV shows.

Sigh. Poor Cara, Mady, Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel. We hope the Gosselin Eight had a nice weekend at home with Katezilla.

Anthony Williams aka Roc Raida, who is better known as Busta Rhymes’ personal DJ and member of the group the The X-Ecutioners, has reportedly died on Saturday (September 19). DJ Roc Raida was 37 years old.

His family had issued the following statement at the time:

“Anthony Williams p/k/a GM Roc Raida is in the hospital.

“His family thanks all of his fans for the well wishes and prayers. At this time please allow him and his family privacy to deal with the matter. The rumors and chatter is not accurate and we will release something more in detail at a later time. Thank you on behalf of the family and close friends.”

The news was announced on Busta Rhymes‘ Twitter and the cause of death is still unknown. Busta tweeted, “I am sorry 2 say that on this day at 2:05 Sept 19th we lost another incredible life…Dj Roc Raida died 2day my personal Dj is gone…

I just wanna thank everyone 4 ur love and support and ur prayers…We will never let ur name die Roc…We love u and will 4ever miss u…RIP. I was told 2day, We r loosing all of these great people this year as a result of God calling his army because something is about 2 go down!!”

Fox 5’s anchor Ernie Anastos dropped the F-bomb during a playful exchange with local weatherman Nick Gregory. Anastos tells the weatherman “It takes a tough man to make a tender forecast, Nick,” and Gregory responds “I guess that’s me.”

Singer/songwriter Avril Lavigne and her husband Deryck Whibley have reportedly split after three years of marriage. A source says Avril forced Deryck out of their $9.5 million home in Bel Air.

A source dished to Us Magazine that "Complicated" singer Lavigne, 24, "dumped him and told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on. Divorce papers will be filed any day now."

Another insider tells the mag that Sum 41 frontman Whibley, 29, "is crushed."

No divorce papers have surfaced yet, however, and reps for the pair did not return the magazine's calls for comment.

Still, tongues have wagged for some time now that the musical marriage was falling flat.

Avril confirmed the break up news on her website Thursday:

Former actress/model Felicia Lee aka Felicia Tang, whose death body was found in a Monrovia apartment in Los Angeles on Friday (September 11), was reportedly brutally murdered by her 45 year-old boyfriend Brian Lee Randone.

The Los Angeles County district attorney's office says Brian Lee Randone was charged Tuesday in the death of Lee, who, along with starring in many Playboy films, was in mainstream movies such as "Rush Hour 2" and "The Fast and The Furious."

The 31 year-old adult model, who was beaten and suffocated, had appeared in several mainstream movies, including “Rush Hour 2” and “The Fast And The Furious,” as well as adult films such as “Asian Fever” and “Hotel Decadance”.

Brian Lee was charged with torture and murder on Wednesday (September 16) and is being held on a $2 million bail. The motives for this horrible crime are still unknown.

"Brian Lee Randone, 45, holds a bachelor's degree from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago and a master's of divinity degree from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, according to a brief 1996 biography on the Baylor University Web site."

The paper also said that Randone worked as a Christian mime and in 2000 appeared on the Fox reality show "The Sexiest Bachelor in America."

A sheriff's spokeswoman says detectives are continuing their investigation into the killing.

Arianne Prevost alligator catch. Arianne Prevost caught an 11 foot alligator the first time she went hunting Tuesday. Yes, the alligator is so large you can barely get him in the camera’s frame.

Her company during the Central Florida adventure included Peter Deeks and Robert Rohmann, who run Native Sons Outfitters. Deeks said in an interview that they'd previously scouted the St. Johns River marshlands and, while camouflaged, had staked out an area where they figured the big reptile would swim by.

“Arianne made two perfect shots with her crossbow to secure the trophy, before quickly dispatching it with a broadhead.

“This makes it a trophy archery kill.”
